What's up guys! This blog is going to be short because when you’re talking about taxes there's not much to talk, you need a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Tax season is around the corner and a lot of business owners choose to do their taxes using tax software or companies like H&R Block...BIG mistake, and notice that I wrote big in capital letters.

Companies like H&R and others train their employees and send them to do taxes just with that training, and they don't need to be accountants, so imagine the atrocities and all the possible reimbursements you may be losing. Tax software’s are the same, if you are not a tax specialist, you shouldn’t use them.

A CPA is an accountant that went on, trained himself or herself, and passed a CPA bar exam that not a lot of people pass every year. For you to have an idea, lawyers pass their bar exam 85% more times than CPA’s, that’s how hard it is. A CPA then has to attend trainings at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) several times a year, that keeps them informed of all the latest tax law changes.

You will be surprised that the cost of a CPA is similar to one of the other companies and you will be relaxed that you will not get audited by the IRS because he or she knows what they’re doing.

We're creating a course where we will show how to get your CPA and what you should look for in them. So, if you have a business or plan to open one, it’s not an option, you need a CPA!

I’ll be bringing you more information about tips and secrets to start your own business in Florida so, leave a comment below. Comment if you have questions you want me to answer about starting a business. I love hearing from you!
