Martin Lynch and John Clarke had a lot in common from an early age. They both grew up a mile away from each other in the parish of Killinkere in Ireland. Coincidentally, in the eighties, they both pursued restaurant careers in the United States. We, Cass and Chris Hirsh, opened Scully’s Tavern twenty three years ago with the intent of doing something different. Both of us have lived in Miami most of our lives. Cass being born a third generation Key West Conch and Chris being an avid fan of the Everglades and air-boating. Both love the history of South Florida and this shows with the decor of Scully’s.
